Goals of the Departmental Overseer

My goal as the Departmental Overseer is to see every single department succeed. I don’t want to see anyone failing, and I am willing to work with each of you on improving any issues you have that will help you succeed in your position.

I have personally seen what it is like to lead a department, especially working in one that required a lot of improvement, and that has helped me build up as a stronger mentor for all of you. You should all aspire to go above and beyond in succeeding, because anything is possible when you try hard enough.

I am not here to discourage you or make you feel less than what you are, however department reviews are designed to test your patience and ultimately break you down to help you build back up better.
